These Affiliate/Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in our referral program (“Program”). By submitting referrals or leads through our website forms or email, you agree to these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure Statement.

• Eligibility: To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any participant’s involvement in the Program at any time.

• How the Program Works: You may refer potential customers by submitting their accurate contact and project information via our online forms or directly by email. We will review each referral and, if it results in a successful hotspot deployment, network infrastructure upgrade, or carrier offloading integration service, we may provide cryptocurrency compensation based on data transmission rewards generated from the resulting infrastructure. All payouts are subject to our verification and approval.

• Compensation: Compensation, when issued, will be paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. The amount is variable and depends on actual data rewards earned, network performance, location, carrier demand, and other factors outside our control. We may establish minimum payout thresholds and payment schedules, which will be communicated upon approval of your referral. We are not obligated to issue compensation for referrals that are invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or do not result in a completed qualifying service.

• Your Responsibilities
  • You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your referral relationship in accordance with our Affiliate Disclosure Statement and applicable laws (including FTC guidelines).
  • You agree not to use spam, misleading statements, false claims, or any prohibited promotional methods.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all referrals are submitted with proper consent where required.

• Termination We may terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any unpaid or unverified compensation may be forfeited.

• Taxes and Compliance You are solely responsible for all tax reporting, withholding, and compliance obligations related to any compensation you receive.

• Changes to Program Terms We may modify these Program Terms at any time. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
